I took my son today for a back to school haircut and to get a much needed haircut myself. It was his first experience at a hair salon with more than one or two chairs (prior to today a family friend had always cut it) and my first cut at this particular location. He was a bit nervous at first but Susan seemed to know right away just what to do and say to put him at ease. It all went great! Within minutes, he opened up and chatted with her like they were the best of buds while she cut his hair. He loves his haircut and thanks to Susan's kindness and patience, he is excited to go back. She really went above and beyond today, even with the busy back to school rush happening, and the little things, like giving him his own copy of her business card to keep in his wallet, tickled him so much. I'm loving my new hair style too, and we'll definitely be back.

It was great and Susan is absolutely great and I lost my hairdresser I'd had there for 7 years but now I have Susan and couldn't be happier but I must let her know that I'm stopping there soon to give her an additional tip asi didn't tip enough. She's to good to give a small tip to . Please let her know or I'll call her. Thank you
